Like all parishes of the Russian Orthodox Church outside Russia, our parish is administered on the basis of the Normal Parish By-Laws or the Íîðìàëüíûé Ïðèõîäñêîé Óñòàâ. Our current Parish Council was elected at an Annual General Meeting in August 2008. The members of the 2007-08 Parish Council are:

* In parishes of the Russian Orthodox Church, the Senior Sister or "Ñòàðøàÿ Ñåñòðà" is responsible for the coordination of catering and special events.
